BioSight-ID System Blocking Camera &/or Microphone
Issue:
Upon launching the monitoring tool for Biosight-ID you may encounter the following error.
"System blocking: Camera and/or Microphone".
Access to both your camera and microphone is required to begin a BioSight-ID session.

WindowsCheck your browser permissions:
Edge - locate Settings > Cookies Site and Permissions > Find the "Camera" and "Microphone" options and set both to ask or allow.
Opera- Locate Settings > Privacy & Security > Site Settings > Find the "Camera" and "Microphone" options and set both to ask.
Check Windows Permissions:
Set both App Access & Desktop App Access to on.
Turn on both app access and desktop app access for the camera.
Set both App Access & Desktop App Access to on. Turn on both app access and desktop app access for the microphone.
When you are done click try again.

Mac OS:
Check your browser permissions:
Safari- Locate the Safari menu > Settings > Websites > verify Camera and Microphone are set to ask or allow.
Make sure that BSI - staging-sandbox.verifyexpress.com is set to ask or allow.
Check Mac OS permissions:
Locate the Apple menu by clicking on the Apple icon > System Settings > Privacy & Security (sidebar) > verify Camera and Microphone are allowed for the browser you are using.
