BioSight-ID - Unable to Proceed

BioSight-ID - Unable to Proceed

If you are on a low-resolution device, such as an older tablet or PC, you may encounter an issue with BioSight-ID where you are unable to continue despite being visible to your camera.

The full BioSight-ID popup window must be displayed for you to click “Ready to proceed”.

Issue:
  1. The pop-up window does not display the full white background with blue trim.
  2. The “Ready to proceed” button is light blue and not clickable.
  3. You may see numbers on top of your camera feed, or crowding of words.
  4. The camera is always "Looking for you...".

Both of the examples below display how the pop-up should not look.

BioSight-ID pop-up window "looking for you".
BioSight-ID pop-up window, text crowding the camera with numbers/time visible.

Solution:

Expand the popup monitoring window to fill your entire screen, or zoom out until your “Ready to proceed” button turns a darker blue.

Your camera should then be able to recognize your face, allowing you to click the button.

If you do not know how to expand the pop-up window or zoom out, please see your device manufacturer.
