Issue:

Upon launching the monitoring tool for BioSightPlus-ID you may encounter the following error, "Screen sharing permission denied".
WarningYou must share your entire screen to continue. If you select something other than entire screen you will be blocked from continuing.

Give your browser permissions:
  1. Click "Try again".
  2. Then find the option to select "Entire screen" or "Share Entire Screen".
  3. With the entire screen selected choose "Allow" if necessary then click "Ready to proceed".
