Course Item Still locked

There are a couple different reasons why you may be successfully validating, but are unable to continue on to the course item.

Make sure that you are clicking the correct link to continue:

    BioSig-ID will not always enter into your course item immediately after validation.
    Your course item may be open through a separate link in your course.

Make sure that the course item is presently available:

    BioSig-ID and the course Item might have conflicting release dates.
    Reach out to your instructor to see when the item becomes available, or if the due date has already passed.
    BioSig-ID agents do not have access to view or modify the release dates for your course items.

Make sure that you are clicking the correct next button:

    Do not confuse a course next button with a BioSig-ID next button.
    All BioSig-ID next buttons are outlined in royal blue.
    If you can't find the blue next button please scroll down within BioSig-ID.
