How to Change Your Email Address for BioSig‑ID
How to update your email address:
The email address shown in the BioSig‑ID window comes directly from your provider or university’s Learning Management System (LMS).
To update your email, you must contact your provider or university and request the change in their system.
Once the update is complete, close and relaunch BioSig‑ID and the corrected email will appear.
BioSig‑ID agents CANNOT change or edit your email address.
Be specific. The email must be updated in the Learning Management System. If you
update your email address in student records it may not carryover to the LMS.
