Incorrect Email Address

How to update your email address:

  1. Contact your school.
  2. Notify them that the email address inside your schools Learning Management System is incorrect.
    1. Be sure that the email address you provide to your institution is correctly spelled.
  3. Re-launch BioSig-ID. The email will then be updated.
Be specific. The email must be updated in the Learning Management System. If you update your email address in student records it may not carryover to the LMS.
Email address location.
BioSig-ID agents can not directly change your email address. Every time you launch BioSig-ID we draw your email address directly from your schools Learning Management System.
