Only Able to Draw Straight Lines
Issue:
Your computer is struggling to meet the minimum requirements for BioSig-ID or BioSight-ID, resulting in only being able to draw perfectly straight lines in the BioSig-ID draw pad.
We will only address WebGL in this article as the cause, however this can also be caused by malware. If
you believe you have malware installed, please seek out reputable anti-malware
software and clean your device. The applications listed are not in our control. We have received positive feedback from end-users utilizing MalwareBytes AdWareCleaner or Norton Power Eraser to remove unwanted malware.

your operating system to the latest version.
- Update
drivers
- Some
drivers may need to be updated manually through the video card
manufacturer's website.
- Explanation:
Some drivers will show up-to-date when they are not. You must check with the
manufacturer to confirm the driver is on the latest version. Google created TensorFlow in 2019, so the video card driver date needs to be 2020 or later. The Intel video card driver is a prime example, because the WHQL validated version is from 2015 and is considered “up-to-date” but will not work. The Intel support site will provide a driver install tool that fixes this. Same applies for AMD, nVidia, Matrox, etc.
