Seeing All Messages or Forbidden

Seeing All Messages or Forbidden

Browser Extension Issues:

After successfully validating your BioSig-ID profile you encounter an issue where all BioSig-ID text options are displayed simultaneously.

If you click Next, "Forbidden" is preventing you from access.

The most frequent cause for this issue is malware or a bad browser extension.

You can temporarily disable browser extensions one by one until you find the offender.

Alternatively run the browser in Safe Mode or Incognito Mode to confirm that an extensions or misconfiguration is not impacting browser functionality.
