Not Recieving Yahoo Mail Reset
If you do not receive your BioSig-ID email reset in your Yahoo mailbox, follow the instructions below.
Step 1. Check your Spam folder.
If you find an email from "@biosig-id.com" in your spam folder; right click the message and mark as Not Spam.

Step 2. Add BioSig-ID's email address to your contacts. This tells Yahoo you want to receive email from our sender.
- From Yahoo Mail, select the Contacts icon.

Click the three dots next to list, to Add a new contact.
- Enter the sender’s information, especially the email address.
- The name of your contact is unimportant. The email address however must be "no-reply@biosig-id.com".
- When you are done, click Save, and request a new email reset from BioSig-ID.
